Digital Effects is a plug-in for MSN Messenger that adds realtime special effects on video calls. While the plug-in loads, users can select 3-D masks, digital effects and costumes that are instantly applied on the broadcasted video.
After you install the plugin you must start Messenger from the new icon and start a video call in order to see the popup window of Digital effects
